Snowed In!!

It has been snowing and blowing non-stop for about a week and it's still coming down.The interstate and Highways have been closed there is no getting out of here. This is for RaNaye and Shalaine it's good thing you got home on the one day the interstate opened back up for a couple of hours Shalaine.

This is Oscar's house down at the shop Dad's hired help He's just alittle snowed in don't ya think..


I was driving down to Mom's house this is between treg's and mom's you can see the top of Carson's trees.

Taesyn's At Mom's house you can see the corner of the pick nick table in the bottom of the picture he was pretty high up there he thought he was pretty cool. Mom and Dad's shed looks so little .


I will try and get some more pictures of the roads they are pretty much sigle lanes and you drive thru a tunnel. Even the main Highway coming out of town to our house. They have closed it at Farmer's Corner. The snow was blowing so hard when I took these so you couldn't tell very good so keep watching for more pictures.

Kids Christmas Wish List!!

Shaykaela is asking for a guitar this year. She also wants her own make-up(she thinks she's old enough)I'm not so sure about that.A t.v. in her room.


Stattyn is asking for a Nintendo DS,and a motorcycle,4 wheeler..Santa is going to have to have a big sleigh this year for this kid..


Taesyn wants a Big Green John Deere Tractor,Loader that he can drive like Grandpa and the same as last year a poop truck.. Anything that goes he would love he is pretty easy to please..


And the ONLY thing Braxlyn says she wants is a BABY SISTER...Ummm I'm afraid that Santa is not going to be able to deliver this present.. She does not play with dolls so I have no idea as to what to get this girl to feel in this great wish of hers..

Braxlyn's Bed Time Secret

Tonight I went in to kiss Braxlyn Goodnight and she says Mom I need to tell you a secret...
So I leaned over and in a loud voice she says

came out of a egg (pause)
and flew and fell (pause)
on his BUTT!!
Shay starts laughing and I'm trtying to figure where she has ever heard a story or secret like that before.

The little things make kids the Happiest!!

This weekend Shalaine came for Thanksgiving. She had brought some hand me down clothes for Braxlyn so when we came home I went through the sacks to see what would fit her right now and right on top was a princess shirt when she saw me pull it out she let out the loudest squeal she was so excited. She took it out of my hands and kept hugging it saying I Love My Shirt!! It was so funny I never would have guessed she would get so excited over a shirt. Well I looked at the size and it said 6x I told her it was to big for her she would not let me have it back so she went and put it in her drawer. Well first thing this morning when I told her it was time to get dressed she ran back and got it and said I want this on so I can be cute.It fit her!! I wish I would have got a video of how excited she was. We knew she loved princess but had no idea just how happy she would get over a princess shirt.

New Christmas Tree Decorations!!!

On Saturday I decided I wanted new decorations for my Christmas Tree.So I called up my Mom and Sisters and we all headed to go find new Christmas stuff.I have had the same tree decorations for ever and I hated them. I was so excited I Love the Christmas Season and the sooner I can get my tree up the happier I am. I wanted to put it up in October when we got our first snow fall but Miles refused to let me. He finally agreed that I could get it out so we set it up on Monday Night for FHE. I Love My Tree this year thanks to everyone who went with me at the last moment.

Ward Halloween Party!!

Our Ward Halloween Party was last night. The kids had a blast winning prizes from all the different games. Balloon Dart, Fish Pond, Candy Bar Walk, Bean Bag Toss are just a few that they were able to do.Then after dinner which was Soups,Chili,and Cinnamon Rolls they had a Trunk or Treat. We are on the Activity Committee so I was busy in the kitchen so Shantelle and her Family came to it so she took Braxlyn and Taesyn out with her to do the Trunk or Treat. When they came back in I couldn't believe how full Braxlyn's bucket was.So by the time we got home with 4 buckets we had gobs of Candy this is the end result. 6 Cotton Candy's,5 Vampire Teeth, 4Bubbles, 5 Play dough and after dumping all the candy together 2 buckets chucked full of candy. They asked if they could go Trick or Treating on Friday night I told them I don't think so we have enough candy to last the whole year. They all had a Blast at the party so thanks to everyone that helped it was alot of FUN!!!

1.She gives the best loves she has been really lovey since she was little. She will walk up and say hug but it's not your ordinary hug she will kiss you on one cheek and then you have to touch cheeks with your other cheek with hers. I love it!!

5.Nick Names that she has around the house.Her first was Laa Laa Taesyn called her this for her first year he couldn't say her name so this is what she was known by and all the others started to call her it to. Cuddle Bug because she is so cuddly. And now you hear Doodle Bug the most We LOVE you so much.

Happy Birthday MoM!!!

For Mom's B-day we went out to eat at Chili's just the adult's. A guy came and made her a balloon hat she was so embarassed. But she couldn't figure out what it was for a long time we would tell her and she was like it looks like a helicopter so we would tell her again that it was a palm tree then she was like what is this thing so we told her a monkey in the tree she finally got what it was.Mom asked Dad if he wanted to wear it and Dad said only if he could give Dad some hair with it so then he whip one up for my Dad with braids it was pretty funny.



After dinner we headed to Nazzkart for a fun night of racing and rock climbing. This place is a lot of fun if your legs aren't to short to reach the peddles of the car and your legs are cramping after the first race. But it was alot of fun to watch everyone. We saw alot of compition going on but Treg and Tricia held there own. Those two kick some butt.

A fun weekend!!

My cute niece Briana turned 8 and was baptized on Saturday. She was so pretty in her white dress. We are so proud of her for making the right decision to be baptized. We Love You Bri

We were able to watch Tyler And Becky's kids this weekend while they went out. The kids love it when they come and Play.


All the sisters took a day and went to Twin as we were leaving we saw the Oscar Meyer
Bus-Van or what ever you want to call it so we decided to take some fun pictures with it. How many of you have ever seen this thing it's pretty cool looking?

Pumpkin Patch

We took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch and Shantelle and Rob's family was there so we took a few pictures of all the kids together.The boys only let me get a few of them and then they took off on the perfect pumpkin hunt.So here are some of the girls..




Braxlyn and Braylee have been almost inseparable since Braxlyn was a baby. She loves Braylee and they are so cute together. Braylee will come home from a friends house so she can play with Braxlyn if we go to there house.
