Taesyn had been riding for a few weeks without training wheels and loves it. He is not afraid to try and keep up with the big kids now!!

Taesyn's First Day of School...

Taesyn's first day of Preschool was today he was a so excited to ride the bus. I was planning on taking him to school today but he insisted on riding the bus so I told him I would met him at the school. The bus came and picked him up after lunch and I met him there, he was alittle nervous when it was his turn to get off. I wasn't sure how today was going to go but he surprised us all by being so big.I can't believe he is riding the bus and going to school already. I'm going to miss him pinching my arm and asking questions all day long and Braxlyn doesn't know what to do by herself all day long. Taesyn got off the bus and couldn't tell me about his day fast enough he absolutely loved it!!!

Last Of The Summer Fun!!!

We decided to enjoy one last day of summer out on the river. We had a little picnic and then hit the water. The kids loved it and Miles is always the first to get in and try out the water. Braxlyn is not afraid of water and we couldn't keep her away from it. Shay,Stattyn,and Taesyn love going in the boat and swimming between the docks. We tried to get Stattyn to try skiing this time with Miles but he didn't want to maybe next time.

1st Day of School!!

Yesterday was the first day of school. The kids were so excited Stattyn woke up at 6:00 k mom i need you to do my hair. I told him it was pretty early so I went down the list of things he needed to do before school. 1. make your bed& say prayers -done 2. Eat Breakfast-done had some cereal 3. brush teeth-done 4. get dressed-done so I was like ok well I guess I will get up and do your hair.Now if it will only be this easy all year. Shaykaela got up easy to and did all here stuff and had plenty of time to relax before school started. Shay starts a new school this year so she was a little nervous I can't believe she is in 4th grade already it seems like I was just taking her for her first day of Kindergarten. Stattyn is a big 3rd grader and is at school for the first time without his big sister.WooHoo he says!! Wasn't that long ago and they were holding hands walking across the street to get on the bus together and sitting in the same seat together. They have grown up so much in the last year or two. We love them so much and are so proud of the way they are growing up.

Twin Falls Temple

We were able to go to the Twin Falls Temple Open House a week ago.We went
with Grandma & Grandpa Dye, Grandma & Grandpa Anderson, Becky & Tyler,Emma. It was so neat to take the kids. It was so pretty and the spirit was so strong. We are so blessed to have a temple so close to us. We will be able to go to the dedication this Sunday and are excited to be able to take Shay & Stattyn with us.

The Wild Cow Ride

Sorry for the crazy video I had kids climbing on me so it's not the best. Miles team was the Yellow Jackets. They did really good and we thought they were going to have it. If you watch close you can see how close they were to the orange cones the cow just needed to turn and walk between the two to win. He had a blast and said he was going to do this again next year. Miles is the one holding the rope and being drugged Zane was the rider and Trevor was in charge of the front of the cow.

Kicking off fair Week

We kicked off fair week with going to the Parade.The kids had tons of fun and got so much candy it was ridiculous. Shay even got a free little umbrella that a nice guy decided to give to us to keep us out of the sun. The kids have so much fun with all the cousins that we meet there it's one of the favorite events of fair week. Then the rodeo on kids night and trying to chase the cows to get the ribbons off the tails and win a special prize. Miles will be doing the wild cow ride on Saturday night so I'm sure that will be fun to go watch. Why would anyone want to go get trampled on by a bunch of cows? He has said that he wants to do this for a couple of years so this is the year I guess hopefully they can get there cow saddled and thu the poles first Good Luck Honey!!I will try and get some pictures of the action and post later..

Miles is such a hard worker!!

Miles came home from work a few days ago and this is what he looked like. It was so gross he had a inch or more of dirt on him. When he walked in the door Braxlyn was excited to see him and went to give him a kiss until she realized that he didn't look quite right.It almost scared her and she just looked at him with this funny face. I am so thankful for all that Miles does for our family to provide for us so that I can stay home with our kids. He is not a afraid to work usually puts in more hours then he should but he wants to do his best and won't finish a job until he knows it's done exactly right. We love him so much Thanks for all you do for our Family We LOVE YOU!!

We decided to get some harvest pictures before they thrash the grain in a few days. So I took the kids out to have a photo session and got alot of pictures here are just a few of the ones we got.
