Braxlyn's Best Friend when she Home alone!!

Braxlyn is home alot during the day by herself while the other kids are at school. She has made a new best friend Jazz and her play all day long together.

Boys and Toys!!

Stattyn was givin a pellet gun from his uncle and has been asking forever if he could shoot it. So Miles and Stattyn had a little one on one time out shooting before Miles left. Stattyn was so happy and had the biggest smile on his face!!

Oh how I love this Guy!!

This guy right here is my dream guy!!He makes my heart skip a beat!! Miles left to go to North Dakota on a new adventure..He is going out to drive in the oil fields. He will be hauling hot water to be pumped into the ground to help with getting the oil out..I really don't know what I'm talking about I know there is a better way of saying what he will be doing I just don't know..He decide to do this because we have been struggling for the last little while and this is a way to help us get caught up on things and give him something new to try..We are going to miss him while he is gone and can't wait for him to come home..

It's snowing again

I am so ready for SPRING!!But it just keeps snowing every few days it melts and then it snows again melts and then snows..The kids are tired of being stuck in the house so they have been out playing in the snow when they get the chance.








These two love eating icecicles they would lick them then dip in the snow lick and drip..MMM to be a kid again!!

Taesyn has Glasses!!

Taesyn failed his eye test at school so we made an appointment with the eye Dr. Well we pretty much found out that he can't see anything.It's all a big blur so hopefully now he will start doing better in school.He cried the first little while because he had such a hard time doing homework because everything looked different then what he was use to it looking like he had memorized what each letter looked like to him. Now it was like looking at a completly different alphabet..He's doing better now but every once in a while he still struggles remembering what things are. The eye Dr. said it would take up to a year before we would see a big difference in how he does. He looks so cute in them we love this kid!!

Happy Valentines Day!!

So Shay is in 6th grade and in "LOVE" she got a valentines from her boyfriend and was so excited that Trace would get her something!! Young love..


For Valentines day we got each of the kids a little Goodie Basket to show them how much we love them..


Braxlyn was so excited when she opened hers and saw all the goodies that were just hers and she didn't have to share..


Stattyn with his surprise..He's not to into girls yet but he does have his eye on one from school..

A visit with Jolly Old Saint Nick

Our ward Christmas Party was last night and the kids were so excited to go. We got there just a few minutes early. Taesyn and Braxlyn almost couldn't contain themselves with all the excitement they had.We had a little performance by a group of singers and dancers and then it was time to Sing our hearts out to Welcome the Old Man himself. Taesyn's eyes were huge watching all the doors to see which one he would come through.Braxlyn wasn't quit sure what to think but after he came in she was pretty excited to go. Shay and Stattyn are to old to go sit on his lap so they gathered up Braxlyn and Taesyn and a few other kids that I have babysat and hauled them up to find there spot in line. They each receive a brown paper bag full of a orange, peanuts, and a little bit of candy. It was a fun night the kids enjoy each year.
