Wow 11 years where has the time gone... It is so weird to think that I have a 11 yr. old. You are growing up faster then we ever imagined it would happen..Never did I imagine that at 11 you would be taller then me.You bring so much energy and Love into our home. You are such a good example to your siblings.Thanks for always trying to do what is right..Hope you had a great day Happy Birthday ...We love You!!!

Horse Riding

A couple of weeks ago the kids wanted to go ride horses.So Kalie let the kids come over for a while to ride. The kids love it and have done it several times before. You see the problem is I hate horses I was bucked off when I was 5 yrs old and had to be lifeflighted because I was in a coma. So I am nervous and panicking the whole time they are having a blast. Well by the time we were finishing up I had talked myself into getting on a horse. It is the first time in 25 yrs. I would only go if someone else went with me so of course Shantelle was the one. I was so scared and nervous I had a hold of her waist so tight I'm surprised she could still breath. When I first got on I had told them that I would get on long enough to get my picture taken and then I wanted OFF!! Well Robert was determined I was staying on for a ride all the way around the corral. Then it was time to get off and I was scared to get off or couldn't figure out how to get my leg around. I can now say I have rode a horse since my accident but I don't know that I plan on getting back on ever again. Thanks Kalie for the fun times but next time my feet will stay flat on the ground Thanks....

So far behind!!!

We have been so busy lately and time is flying by. I can't believe it's all ready almost the middle of September. I've needed to update for a while but my computer went down. Thanks to my brother in law Rob for fixing it. It's amazing how much we rely on these computers especially when most of your bills are paid online.The kids have started school at a new schoool and are loving it.I was more nervous for them then I think they were.

Shaykaela started 5th grade and has grown up so much over the summer it's amazing how you wake up one day and the have changed so much. She is so much help I honestly don't know what we would do without her.She has started dance and has decided she wants to try something new so instead of Clogging she is now taking Ballet & Jazz.It was hard for me to let her quit Clogging she has been doing it since she was 3 yrs old. She was getting so good but she wanted to try something else so we let her do the Summer Parade Thing to see if she liked it and she says she loves it so now that is what she is doing.
Stattyn is in 4th grade and says he really likes the new school.Although I don't know if he will ever like school as much as he did last year he had a really good teacher that was a lot of fun. We have put him in soccer this year. It's been a few years since he has played soccer. When he comes home and says he wants to do something we hurry and put him in it before he changes his mind. All he ever wants to do is work and help Miles or Grandpa Searle on the farm.He loves to help out when he can and he is pretty responsible for his age.
Taesyn he is in Kindergarten where has the time gone. He has been my shadow forever always needing entertained and getting into things trying to figure out how things work and asking a million questions. It's pretty quite around the house for a few hours now. I can't believe he is old enough to be in school. He has done awesome this year no tears were cried on the first day.When we did his Kinder Registration he cried the whole time I was sure he would on the first day but he didn't which made it so much easier on me.I think it helps having a good teacher to. He loves school..
Braxlyn gets to stay home with me all day. I love it she is so much fun. I don't know what I will do when she goes to school probabley cry all day. I love being able to stay home with her. She makes me laugh and she says the sweetest things. She loves to read books and once you start she doesn't want to finish till we have read the whole book shelf.She plays so good by herself I can get a ton done when it's just the two of us.She also has started Ballet and cried the whole time last week. She is very shy around people she doesn't know. I talked to her about all week and took her again this week and there were no tears she loved it. She's the cutest dancer in her class if you ask me. She is still not as out going as some of the kids but she did so good this week...
I am watching Shantelle's youngest Mason this year and have just been staying busy with dance 3 days a week, carpool for Taesyn and Mason they go to different schools,Scouts, Achievement Days,Homework and everything else that comes up some days I feel like I don't get nothing done. But i wouldn't change a thing I love it. I have to remind my self someday I'm going to miss this...

Camping Trip

Miles & Tyler decided to go on a little hike with Taesyn and Max.After trying to find the little kids we hear hollering and look up to see them standing oh this Huge rock.I'm not sure what the Dad's were thinking taking a 5 yr.old and a 1yr.old all the way up there.

Braxlyn & Emma these two girls are so much alike. They play so good together and are the best of friends.To bad they don't live closer together so they could do things like this more often together.

We love being able to see Adam & Jen's cute little Family. The kids love there cute boys and of course Shay always goes for the baby's as soon as we get together.
It was fun camping and spending a little time with everyone even if we bummed out a little early Thanks for the fun times.

4th of July Fun!!

I know I'm a little behind. It seems that my days just keep getting busier.Every Year on the 4th we go to my parents house to celebrate. We had alot of fun this year all the kids loved the Fireworks this year. Braxlyn kept saying "Huh Mom I'm not scared" it was alot of fun spending time with all the family.We all crashed at my Mom and Dad's after the big event.Late nights are just part of the tradition at Grandma & Grandpa's house.
